Terms of Service
These terms govern project requests and services provided by Property Walkthrough. By submitting a request or purchasing a project, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: September 8, 2026
1. Service description
Property Walkthrough is an AI-assisted creative service that converts authorized real-estate and property photography into walkthrough-style marketing videos.
2. Project review and acceptance
Submitting a property request does not guarantee acceptance, reserve production capacity, lock pricing unless confirmed, start production, or require payment at submission. We review each request before confirming scope, availability, pricing, and payment terms.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, own or have permission to use submitted or referenced photography, and have the right to authorize its processing. You may not submit infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized content. You are responsible for reviewing the final deliverable before publishing it.
4. Photography license
You grant Property Walkthrough a limited, non-exclusive license to access, reproduce, process, transform, render, and transmit submitted or referenced media to service providers as reasonably needed to deliver the requested service and support normal business operations.
This license does not grant automatic public portfolio rights. Property Walkthrough will not publicly feature your property, photography, or finished walkthrough as a portfolio example without separate permission.
5. AI-generated media disclosure
Transitions may infer visual details between photographed viewpoints. AI may introduce minor differences in color, lighting, furniture details, texture, room geometry, or unseen connections. Generated video is not guaranteed to be a frame-perfect reconstruction, and you must review it for accuracy before public use. See the AI & Property Accuracy Disclosure for more detail.
6. Property accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to preserve fidelity to supplied photography, but cannot guarantee a perfect reconstruction of unseen areas. You are responsible for verifying that the final video accurately represents the property before using it in advertising, listings, social media, or other marketing.
7. Not property verification
Deliverables are marketing media. They are not property inspections, appraisals, surveys, floor plans, measurements, architectural plans, legal descriptions, condition reports, or verification of property features.
8. Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables and revision allowances depend on the selected and confirmed package. Out-of-scope changes may require additional fees. Revisions do not include complete redesigns or new project scope unless separately agreed. Any turnaround discussed is an estimate, not a guarantee.
9. Payments
Payment terms are confirmed before production and payment may be required before production begins. Payments may be collected through Stripe-hosted payment links. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Because each project involves custom creative work, payments may become non-refundable once production has materially begun, to the extent work has been performed or costs have been incurred. Cancellation or refund decisions depend on project status, work completed, and costs incurred.
11. Intellectual property and customer use
After full payment, you receive a broad, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverable for property marketing, including social media, property websites, listing presentations, brokerage or property-management marketing, and advertising. Property Walkthrough and its providers retain ownership of their underlying software, workflows, tools, and third-party technology.
12. Prohibited use
You may not use the service or deliverables unlawfully or deceptively, falsely represent materially altered property characteristics, misrepresent property condition, or use third-party photography without authorization.
13. Founding 100
The Founding 100 offer applies to qualifying new customers and their first approved Property Walkthrough project only. The standard Property Walkthrough price is $249; eligible Founding 100 customers receive that package for $199. Submission does not reserve a spot, and eligibility is confirmed manually. The offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, provides no lifetime benefit, and may be modified or ended.
14. Referral program
An eligible referrer may choose a $50 cash reward or $50 Property Walkthrough credit after the referred customer’s first approved project is paid and completed. Self-referrals are excluded. Only one referrer and one reward are allowed per new customer. A referred customer does not automatically receive a discount, although active public offers may apply independently if the customer qualifies. The program may be modified or ended.
15. No guarantee of business results
Property Walkthrough does not guarantee listing performance, sales, bookings, inquiries, engagement, return on investment, property sale, or rental performance.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Property Walkthrough is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service or use of a deliverable. Our total liability for a claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your lack of rights to submitted content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service or deliverable, or your material misrepresentation of a property, except to the extent caused by Property Walkthrough’s own conduct.
18. Termination or refusal of service
We may refuse or cancel projects involving unauthorized media, unlawful activity, fraudulent submissions, abusive conduct, or unreasonable scope. Any amounts paid will be handled based on the work completed and costs incurred.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Updated terms apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
