Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Property Walkthrough collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: September 8, 2026
1. Who we are
Property Walkthrough is a property-marketing service operated by Evander Pierre. We create AI-assisted walkthrough-style videos from property photography that customers are authorized to use.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, company, brokerage, or property-management company, property or listing URL, property type, package selection, project details and notes, approximate property count when relevant, photography-rights confirmation, referral attribution, and Founding 100 intent.
If analytics is enabled, we may also collect usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, device or browser information, and interactions with the site. When a customer pays, Stripe processes the payment information. Property Walkthrough does not directly store full payment-card details.
3. How information is collected
We collect information through website forms, referral URLs and session attribution, analytics technologies when enabled, Stripe-hosted payment pages, and direct email communications.
4. How we use information
We use information to review property requests, contact customers, confirm project scope, fulfill the requested service, handle payment and operational follow-up, improve the site and service, track referrals, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-party service providers
We use service providers as needed to operate the business, including Netlify for website hosting and forms, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics (GA4) if analytics is enabled, and AI and creative production providers used to generate or process customer-authorized property media. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Photography and property media
Submitted or referenced property photographs and other media may be accessed, transmitted, and processed by our service providers only as reasonably needed to review a request, create the requested deliverable, and support normal business operations.
7. Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, dispute resolution, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate operational needs.
8. Analytics and cookies
When analytics is enabled, analytics technologies may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage and performance. Browser settings may allow you to limit or remove cookies, although doing so may affect some site functions.
9. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the business, fulfill a project, process a payment, or protect the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. We may need to retain certain information for legal, security, payment, dispute, or legitimate business-record purposes.
12. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
