AI & Property Accuracy Disclosure
Property Walkthrough uses AI-assisted creative tools to transform existing property photography into walkthrough-style marketing videos.
Effective date: September 8, 2026
What AI can infer
Photography does not always show every point between two viewpoints. To create a continuous transition, AI may infer movement, spatial continuity, lighting, textures, and unseen transitions.
Possible visual differences
AI-generated media may occasionally alter or infer colors, lighting, furniture details, surface textures, room geometry, object placement, architectural connections, or unseen areas.
Accuracy is the priority
We aim to stay as faithful as possible to the supplied photography, which is treated as the source of truth. Inaccurate segments may be revised or removed. When appropriate, we may use shorter or simpler transitions instead of inventing architectural detail.
Customer review is required
Before publishing a walkthrough, customers should verify wall and room colors, visible property features, furniture and fixtures, windows and doors, room relationships, material finishes, and any other property detail that could affect a viewer’s understanding.
Marketing media only
A Property Walkthrough is marketing media. It is not an inspection, appraisal, floor plan, measurement, architectural model, guarantee of condition, or verification of property features.
Best use cases
Walkthroughs are designed for social media, property websites, listing presentations, email marketing, digital advertising, and brokerage or property-management marketing.
When accuracy matters
If a generated visual materially misrepresents the property, it should not be published until the affected segment is corrected or removed.
